Shipping & Returns:

1. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery usually takes anywhere from 1-3 working days after we have dispatched your product. Occasionally, our suppliers are out of stock and therefore we have slight delivery delays. Don't worry, if this is the case we will notify you beforehand. We send all orders with our couriers, Fastway & The Courier Guy to your door!

2. How long do I have to return my order?

You can return any order within 14 days of your order being delivered to you.

3. How do I return my order?

If you received torn contact lenses, faulty contact lenses or the wrong order you can return your order by simply emailing us at hello@foureyes.co.za and we will assist you with returning your order to us.

4. What is your return policy?

We want to make sure you are always happy! If your contact lenses arrive torn or faulty we will replace them at our cost. If you are not happy or made an error on your purchase we will assist you in getting the right contact lenses to you. We do charge R75 return and redelivery charge if the reason for return is at the fault of the customer.

5. Do you deliver on public holidays?

Unfortunately not.

6. Can you deliver after hours and on weekends?

Yes, we can! Although this is not an option upon checkout, just email or call us and ask and we can assist.

7. When do you deliver?

Our couriers, usually delivery Monday - Friday between 08h00 and 17h00. They will call you if you are not there while they are trying to deliver.

8. How much is delivery?

Free on all orders over R1000! Orders under R1000 are calculated in realtime from our courier.
